(Note: Underlined words in document were hand written on form to fill in the blanks.
This passenger list has columns headed by; "Names, Age, Sex, Occupation, The Country to which they severally belong, The Country to which they intend to become inhabitants, Died on the voyage."
All passengers were shown as belonging to the country of Gr. Britain and intending to inhabit the U. States. None were listed as having died on board.
Only the first six columns are shown above. I have added a line number to assist in identification in any correspondence. For some unknown reason this total does not agree with the newspaper report.)

Note: The port of entry is not identified on the manifest. This data has been transcribed from NARA microfilm M237-45, May 11, 1841 - June 28, 1841. The outer page of the manifest has "Brig Czar, [23] June 1841, 423". (The day, 23, was written on at a later date and the 423 appears to have been stamped on.)

Please forgive me if you find errors and then let me know about them. The transcriber of the original document seemed to shape the capital letter M and W identically. The microfilm itself was very good but the fancy penmanship did give me problems. Thanks.
