Enoch BENEDICT was born on 26 Mar 1755 in New Canaan, Fairfield, CT., third child of Col. Joseph Benedict and Keziah Wood. "Served in the revolution; comimissioned as Ensign; Drake's Regt., June 25, 1778; moved to Rensselaer Co., and afterwards to Monroe Co.
He died on 18 Jan 1833 in Perinton, Monroe, NY."
Enoch BENEDICT and Hannah BOUTON were married on 25 Mar 1778. Hannah BOUTON died in 1792.

Jacob BENEDICT was born on 23 Apr 1779 in Nassau, Rensselaer, NY. He died on 27 Mar 1855 in Perinton, Monroe, NY.
Elizabeth BENEDICT was born on 27 Nov 1781.
Gilbert BENEDICT was born on 18 Dec 1788. He died on 11 Apr 1869.
